LeftRightNablaD2

LeftRightNablaD2[mu] denotes \overleftrightarrow{\nabla }_{i}, acting to the left and right.

ExplicitPartialD[LeftRightNablaD2[mu]] gives (RightNablaD[i] + LeftNablaD[i]).
