KiraOutgoingMomenta is an option for
KiraCreateConfigFiles and other functions of the Kira
interface.
It specifies outgoing momenta in the original amplitude. The default
value is an empty list. Normally, you do not need to use this option as
long as the option KiraIncomingMomenta is set to
Automatic.
