How do you enter the B functions?
At the moment I cannot reproduce your problem, both
PaVe[1, {pp}, {m1^2, m2^2}]
and
B1[pp, m1^2, m2^2]
or
B11[pp, m1^2, m2^2]
and
PaVe[1, 1, {pp}, {m1^2, m2^2}]
reduce immediately.
